Strength comes in all levels. It seems simple to understand, but I found myself focusing on physical strength most of the time. I wanted to be slim and muscular like women in television, sports, or magazines. Finding my strong, although physical, is also very much mental. Some times the strength it takes to wake up for boot camp is heavier than those 20 lb dumbbells we aren’t too sure about when we’re setting up our stations.

Fusion has helped me understand that the transformation is about me – how do I make myself better, not specifically what I look like, but what I feel like. Fusion gives me something to look forward to…

Fusion has helped me understand that the transformation is about me – how do I make myself better, not specifically what I look like, but what I feel like. Fusion gives me something to look forward to, and regardless of what class it is, it helps me feel good about myself inside and out.

There is truly no judging, no sizing up, it’s just people motivating people. I remember Pierce motivating me through the OCR last summer, and I would not have been able to get through it without those few words!

When it comes to Fusion – try it all. There is a group class for everyone! I never ever thought the day would come when I would practice Yoga, and now I can’t imagine going without it. Fusion has become an extended part of my family. We help and motivate each other in class and in the outside world, I look forward to my mornings starting off at Fusion! There is truly no judging, no sizing up, it’s just people motivating people. I clearly remember Pierce motivating me through the OCR last summer, and I would not have been able to get through it without those few words he gave me towards the end!
