These statements all sound cliché, but with Mike, Erica, and the Fusion Fitness staff, it is the truth!!!

I was invited to Fusion class 3 years ago along with my daughter, Abby. I had a blast dancing while burning calories with Erica and the team. Of course, my dance moves couldn’t compete, but in my head, I looked just like Erica! The atmosphere was contagious!

My only exercise since 2006 had been running, starting with 5K and working up to half marathons. While that was great, I began to get burned out and knew I needed to mix things up a bit. Plus, at my age, I still had not given up on wanting to see some definition in my arms and overall total body tone. I joined the 5:15 AM Women’s Boot Camp in June 2014. It truly has been a game changer!

I had never loved getting up early, especially to work out, but with Boot Camp, I found that I really liked it. It kick-starts my day – plus it’s done! In the 3 years I have been going, I have never had the same workout twice, and my muscles feel it every time. Erica and Mike work different muscle groups along with cardio and core in each workout. It’s amazing how, after this long, they still come up with exercises that I have NEVER done in the past 3 years I have been coming to Boot Camp! They are committed to creating results, but make sure we use proper form (and they correct us if we are not) to avoid injury. They even challenge us to use heavier weights as we progress. I can’t say enough about the impact that Women’s Boot Camp has had on me.

Recently, I began attending yet another Fusion offering – Yoga. I attend at least once a week and it truly has been a positive influence on me both physically and mentally.

Sarah’s ‘lessons’ are one of my favorite things! The practice challenges me (it’s tough!), however, each person is only expected to participate to the best of their ability. In the short time I’ve been attending, I certainly feel the benefits and absolutely love it!

I have also taken part in Erica’s Nutrition Seminar, and while I am not completely a ‘clean eater,’ I now take pause when tempted with junk food. Baby steps! It all makes sense and Erica knows what she is talking about, especially when it comes to her tremendous nutrition program, My Healthy Goals.

Theresa and her familyAs a 56-year-old wife, mom and grandmom, I feel like there is a healthier and better ‘me’ to share with my husband of almost 37 years and my family because of Fusion Fitness. My advice to you is, don’t be hesitant to attend a class or boot camp because you think that people will be watching or judging you. No matter your age, size or ability, you are doing this for YOU! The staff at Fusion Fitness will be behind you 100%. You WILL get results! Thank you again to Erica, Mike and the Fusion Fitness staff for the healthy impact you have had on me!
