Ashley Wilkins

Certified Memphis, TN Group Fitness Instructor

Background:
Born and raised in Memphis, and growing up with two brothers, Ashley was always around sports. When she was nine she started playing basketball, and started playing competitively at age ten. Basketball has always been her favorite sport; she played all four years in high school and through intramural sports throughout college. She attended the University of Memphis and became a Kappa Delta sister. While in Kappa Delta, she worked with the Girl Scouts, hosting events for young ladies to grow their confidence. Ashley really enjoyed getting to help boost their confidence and make these young girls feel special. During college, Ashley also raised funds for Prevent Child Abuse America. She really enjoyed learning how giving back truly makes a difference in young people’s lives.

“I love seeing people live a happy life, and I want to help be a part of that in any way possible. Fitness is a huge part of my happiness, and I love teaching others how much it can help their ‘happy’ too!”

Personal Life:
“I have a passion for working with children and church, and my faith has always been a large part of my life. I am currently the Children’s Ministry Director at Eagle Heights Church. This position is a perfect fit for me because God has led me to make sure kids know how much Jesus loves them! After getting settled into my new position as Children’s Director and marrying my high school sweetheart, Trey, the opportunity arose for us to pursue another of our passions–fitness! Keeping a consistent athletic regimen after our college sports days has been a priority because it is what makes us “tick and tock.” It is part of our life, and we are thrilled to serve others in health and fitness.”
