Bye bye fat / inches!!

Measured two Bootcampers today and one is down 6 inches and one is down 7! In just a few weeks! So awesome! Way to go Elise and Kim!!!! Hard work paying off!! Love it!! Best part is biggest difference was in the waists! 13 inches off my clients is a GREAT birthday present!!

Food shopping

Fight the Fight… Don’t give into the big food companies. Get yourself and family healthy by shopping the perimeter of the grocery. 90% of the interior is unnecessary crap food/drinks. Healthy foods are the least profitable for companies. Don’t fall victim to marketing. Your life depends on it.

Mike Hill

Bio coming soon. Mike Hill is also instructing Fusion Fitness Bootcamp on occasion.

Muscle vs Fat

Pictorial representation of 5 lbs of fat vs. 5 lbs of muscle. Remember… “muscle DOES NOT weight more than fat…” that doesn’t make sense. 5 lbs of muscle weighs the same as 5 lbs of fat. Muscle is more dense than fat, therefore 5 lbs of muscle takes up less space than 5 lbs of fat. So if you replace 5 lbs of fat with 5 lbs of muscle, the scale will remain the same, but you will be smaller and more toned.
