All participants bring their own set of dumbbells, a thick exercise mat, sweat towel, and water bottle.

Beth Cross Centre of Dance & Voice is an eclectic mix of mainstream, tradtional, and non-traditional dance and vocal instruction. In all departments, emphasis is placed on proper dance or vocal technique, body awareness and health, and a greater self confidence of ones self.
