Fitness Bootcamp with Erica Hill

Do you feel like?

...you want to get in shape but don't have the tools or motivation to get started?

...you maintain a healthy lifestyle and workout but need to push past a plateau or take it to the next level?

...you want to be held accountable, feel stronger, healthier and empowered?

All fitness levels will be accommodated. Sessions will involve both cardiovascular capacity improving exercises and strengthening and toning exercises. Cardio portions will involve walking,running,and plyometrics. No dance cardio will be incorporated into this bootcamp. Strength portions will involve working every major muscle group with the use of dumbells and body weight as resistance.

Erica strives to provide her clients with all of the tools possible for a comprehensive and successful fitness plan that empowers, motivates, and challenges the client. Fun Group Classes!

Fusion Fitness classes are group fitness classes that prove getting fit, staying motivated, and staying healthy can be FUN. Yes, FUN! Become part of something that will keep you coming back for more. These fitness classes will help you develop improved cardiovascular performance, and all over body strength, tone and function. Classes are available in both the morning and evening. Payment can be made per class or in advance; no commitment is necessary.

Bye bye fat / inches!!

Measured two Bootcampers today and one is down 6 inches and one is down 7! In just a few weeks! So awesome! Way to go Elise and Kim!!!! Hard work paying off!! Love it!! Best part is biggest difference was in the waists! 13 inches off my clients is a GREAT birthday present!!
